- Access control policy: strictly enforced by an electronic entry management system. No unauthorised personnel are allowed on site, whilst staff and equipment maintenance engineers must produce per-visit unique access codes to gain entry to the datacentre
- Smoke and fire protection: advanced VESDA™ gas deployment fire system

- High resilience power and network: UPS fail-over power (100% SLA) and dual fibre networks (99.95% SLA) to maximise your online performance
- Dual 2Mw standby diesel backup generators with direct feeds from the National Grid
- Network monitoring and alerts: we monitor our networks from our operations centres in Manchester and South Cheshire
- Investment in knowledge and expertise: 1st Easy own a 24% stake in one of the largest networking companies within the Reynolds House facility
Optimal environment
Air conditioned cabinets with high airflow vented doors, and a positive-pressure underfloor design with true hot and cold corridors to ensure maximum heat dissipation. The optimal temperature range is backed by our 99.97% SLA.
