Stephen has over 30 years of experience in commercial IT, working with Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics and IBM, before he embarked on his journey with 1st Easy in 1999.

Prior to life at 1st Easy, Vivien built up 20 years of experience in recruitment and purchasing, where she was responsible for managing multi-million pound budgets for the Employment Department HQ.
Viv puts this practical knowledge to good use in her role as Director of Quality at 1st Easy, where she uses her invaluable organisational skills to manage the office, maintains our ISO certifications and keep the rest of the team in shape. Vivien wouldn't be proud of recommendation rates in the 70% region, she aims for perfection and achieves it - 100% in 2013's ISO survey.

James joined 1st Easy as their first employee in 2000, when he decided to put his Geography degree to excellent practical use by becoming a web designer and technical support trainee.
James now works as Marketing Manager, where he uses his first-hand experience of customer requirements and business needs to put across the values and benefits of 1st Easy hosting. James also works with customers to find out how and where the company can improve.
Since he joined 1st Easy in 2004, Peter's responsibilities have included the management of billing and maintaining the financial health of 1st Easy.
Such is his mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, Peter's annual business performance review presentations are an eagerly anticipated office highlight.

Dan works alongside Steve G and Dean in our technical support team. His main responsibility is to work with our customers to resolve support issues, and carry out installation and maintenance at our data centres.
Apart from being known for his addiction to the local delicacy of oatcakes, Dan is often the leading (i.e. the only) scorer for the so-called 7-a-side football team that several of the 1st Easy staff play for.
The eyes and ears of our technical team, Steve G spends a lot of his days (and late nights/extremely early mornings) on-site at our data centres, installing and maintaining equipment.
With him being relatively new to the team, we're still getting to know the mysterious Steve G. Whilst he has certainly settled in well, one thing is already clear: he is a potential challenger to Paul's previously inimitable dominance on 1st Easy ten-pin bowling nights.

The office feels a much safer place since Dean joined us, as he has achieved the highest award possible as a Cadet with St John Ambulance — recognition that led to a brush with Royalty at Buckingham palace!
Aside from his exemplary first aid skills, Dean is a dab hand with applied network management, and works with the team to keep things running smoothly for our customers. He's also got the most cloud badges (which amply qualifies him to conduct our free cloud data centre tutorials).
