11.07 One of our upstream providers has a suspected fibre break between Telecity Williams and Reynolds House which is our primary feed. This caused the network to reconverge which may have caused a temporary outage for some of our customers. We have now enabled our tertiary upstream route so we can continue to provide a resilient network.

14.20 A temporary routing issue affected traffic to our Teledata operation (approx 13:55). Engineers advised that the issue was resolved (approx 14:20) by performing an emergency router config reload.
